I just placed an order, when will it be shipped?
We do our best to ship items as soon as possible. Please allow 1-3 days production time before your order ships, the average shipping time is 5-11 days. Tracking numbers are updated 2-5 days after your order ships. If you do not have a tracking number after 7 days, please email info@aloha-wellington.com

I am not satisfied with my order, can I return it? What if there is a problem?
We offer a 100% no-good-money-back guarantee if the product is defective or damaged. You have 30 days to return the product to us for a full refund. You must return the product at your own expense. Once we receive the product, we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. Please include name and order number on returned packages.
Please note: If your package is in transit, you must wait for it to arrive and return it before you receive your refund.

Can I cancel my order
Unfortunately cancellation is not possible, this is because after you order we start shipping right away. Fortunately, however, you can use our easy return system for a full refund once the package arrives.

I entered an incorrect address, what should I do now?
If you misspelled or automatically entered an incorrect address, simply reply and confirm the email confirming your order. Once you have verified that the address provided is incorrect, please notify us via email at info@aloha-wellington.com . If the address provided is incorrect, we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refunds will be issued after the 24 hours that the incorrect address was provided.
